Quick help

Fact Lab is built for iPhone and iPad.
Progress is local to the device where the app is installed.
Use Settings to change learner profiles, practice range, operations, sound, export, or reset.
If progress looks stale during testing, reset progress or reinstall the app.

What to include in a support email

Please include the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, Fact Lab version, what you expected, what happened, and the practice mode or screen involved. Vague reports are less useful than exact steps, alas.

Privacy questions

Fact Lab does not collect practice data. Read the privacy policy for the full data note.
